Horrible service with warranty issue

first told my laptop was out of warranty, had to send copy of receipt to prove is was only 7 months old. Finally sent a box to return it but no return label was included. Sent several emails and never got a reply. Several more lonnggg phone calls and told it would be emailed, but wasnt, now told they have no record of my request!!! User's recommendation: if you buy HP do not expect any warranty work!
