We are extremely disappointed in our service at Gerzenys RV World of Nokomis. We bought are travel trailer here in February, and had a wonderful experience, so we figured this would be the best place to bring our travel trailer for routine maintenance, mind you we live two hours away. We scheduled an appointment, to which they told us it would be a “couple” days until they could get to it. After multiple calls and talking to multiple people, we finally got our trailer back FIVE WEEKS LATER! It took over four weeks to even get it in to be looked at and a day or two to do the work. In all honesty, the cosmetic work we asked them to fixed looked exactly the same as when we dropped it off. Why did we set an appointment if it took FOUR WEEKS to even be looked at? That’s four weekends our family could have spent camping. No apologies, no explanations, just a poor service experience, which is very sad because our purchasing experience here was great. This was routine maintenance, so we were not charged for service, but I am still very upset that we set an “appointment” and experienced such a long delay with such a lack of communication. I gladly would’ve picked up our trailer and brought it back when they would’ve been able to service it in a more timely manner.
