Purchased Model WPROR1002-B Pressure Oven - Just stopped working. I called 877-359-****, talked to TONY, if I was in the 1 yr warranty he would talk to me, otherwise nothing he could do. I didn't want a free replacement I wanted to know where to send it so I could use it again. Tony said "our policy", nothing I can do. Wolfgang Puck had a good reputation at one time. I bought at Sam's Club for $247.00, used less than 1 yr. Sam's doesn't sell these anymore. Puck's Service is bad, very bad. Won't buy another Wolfgang Puck appliance/product.
