This location at 7031 Broadway located in Pearland, TX gets a 0 star. We have called several times starting the night of the order and everyday after to no avail. No one answers the phone at this location whatsoever and we are dialing the number listed on the receipt 281997****. They did not give us the right order. It was completely wrong. Items were missing from our order and other items were made incorrectly. This has been a horrible experience dealing with this sonic situation. People of this community need to be informed of the low quality customer service that this sonic location renders to is customers. They will gladly take your money but then knowingly give you the wrong order. The entire staff here needs training and to undergo professional development. This location needs to be closed if you cannot get it together and figure out how to professionally administer service to customers. User's recommendation: Do no go to this location whatsoever.
