As with many other reviews, DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this company. The spa hasn't been working correctly since a month after we bought it. Very hard to get in touch with anyone at LPI, their supposed warranty company. Once the spa leaves their facility they throw up their hands and point you to this overwhelmed company that can't keep up with the repairs. Do yourself a favor, go with a local company who will stand behind their spas.horrible User's recommendation: DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
