Horrible service on hold for 53 minutes, Chat no one answered me. Terrible customer service

I ordered a treadmill and received it in March. I went through financing company and the charges are still pending. I received a year free of ifit and I am being billed for it through the finance company. Norditrack sent me a card to sign up for my free ifit service. The finance company won't remove the charge for the ifit service. They say contact Nordictrack. I have been waiting 37 minutes and everything is because of COVID as they say there is a long wait time due to COVID. I have tried calling several times. Since the wait times are due to COVID, my anxiety to my physician and lawyer is going to be listed from COVID caused by Norditrack. I am m willing to pay for my treadmill but I want the charge removed from the finance company. I have called about this before and can never get a billing person at Norditrack. Terrible customer service and the chats don't work either. I am reporting this to every agency I can. This is terrible. Delivery was done and I had no one to help bring treadmill into my home, (woman age 62) No one told me I should have someone there to put it together. If I had to do over again I would not keep the machine due to the anxiety is has and is still causing. If I wouldn't have to take it apart and take it somewhere to return I would've returned it. It is very heavy. As I am done writing this review I am still waiting for someone to help me after 53 minutes. No one has answered yet. User's recommendation: Don't sign up for ifit through Norditrack because they try to bill you for a year free. If you order the treadmill be ready to move it into your home as the delivery persons will not bring it in. You also have to put it together. With a machine so valuable and supposed to be the best, you would think they would provide delivery with service to put the machine together. If I could return it I would. Not that the machine isn't nice, I am just aggravated over the whole experience and it has caused a lot of anxiety through this pandemic.
