Horrible Service, Non Payment, Hung Up On Me

BC/BS is my primary health insurance. Tricare is secondary. For years we've had excellent service, we never received a single Bill from anyone. This all changed 01 Jan 18. Tricare does not pay for anything now. We constantly receive bills from our Doctor and Laboratory etc. I was told in August 2018 that I had finally met my deductible and that Tricare would start paying our copay bills. Wrong! We are still receiving Bills! I called Tricare East today, 15 Oct 18 after receiving yet another bill from our doctor, first it took my about 10 minutes to finally talk with a human being, then they kept placing me on hold and then told me that I owe our doctor nothing. I got to thinking this is not correct, our doctor office says we do indeed need to pay this bill. So I called Tricare again, same treatment, listen to many minutes of recorded garbage then finally get to talk with a human being, now this person said that I am indeed responsible to pay that bill from our doctor that I have not yet met my $3,000.00 out-of-pocket deductible!! When I asked this person how much more out-of-pocket deductible I had remaining before Tricare would start to pay anything, she would not answer me, I repeated the question several times, she would not answer my question, then she hung up on me. I believe I could call again and get a third story from Tricare. These people are horrible, totally useless....
