Horrible service-no product

Ordered 4/27-got email 5/29 that order has been canceled(non-prescirption item) Called and waited on hold 45 minutes only for them to tell me that item discontinued, but my account was charged. Customer service rep said "We sill contact the accounting team" and hung up. Dummy me ordered again-called my vet and forwarded ordered items to vet. One month later---Vet still hasn't received request (yes, I included vet info/fax number) User's recommendation: DO NOT USE THEM-.
