HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!! HORRIBLE THEY CAN’T EVEN FIND MY SUBSCRIPTION

I have been on the phone and in a chat session now with ConnecTech for 1:33:20 and counting! I signed up with them on April 27. I selected the $15/month plan with a one-year commitment. For the past three days, I have been troubleshooting issues with them via chat sessions with no problems except that they are unable to resolve the issues. That was not even an issue, because I decided my laptop is just old and bought a new one last night, which will arrive tomorrow. I go into chat today to ask how I will be able to get my data transferred over, and they claim that they cannot help me because I am not a Support Plus member. I'm sure I don't have to detail the rest. I'm so peeved right now, as I sit on this phone, on hold, and now it's 1:36:12 and counting. I saved the chat copy where they state I can have one month free service, but this hold music in my ear is making me very annoyed. I got off the chat line, and now I'm looking very seriously at changing ALL five of my AT&T services over to Verizon. If anyone knows of the TRULY best communications company out there, please reply. Otherwise, BUYER BEWARE! And I better not get a bill from them next month!
