DO NOT hire Waste Management! If we could give them a ZERO, we would do so! We have had them for years (with many problems along the way) and two years ago they were so expensive that we called and they cut their price in half. It inched right back up and we decided to cancel yesterday. We spent three hours trying to reach a human being and never did! Today we reached someone and they said they will charge us $75 to pick up our containers!!!! We argued with them and offered to return them to their local site a couple miles from our home and they absolutely refused! This is ALL the tip of the iceberg! They have been terrible service and we should have quit them years ago!!!!! DO NOT make the mistake we made - stay away from Waste Management! User's recommendation: Use Express Disposal OR any local company you can trust. NOT Waste Management!
