Horrible service and untrained technicians!

Their personalized service is the pits and technicians are untrained! When you call plan to hold for 30 minutes or more.. Their system of tracking your problem is horrible. When you do talk to someone they will use a prewritten script and will say anything right or wrong to move onto the other calls holding. It's been 3 weeks since our issue started - finally, the technician showed up today. He never even checked to see if the unit was cooling before leaving! Yet, collected his money. Shortly after his departure it was obvious we still had a problem plus left the attic in a mess! We called right away to learn it would be another week before anyone could come back! Totally unacceptable!
