I reserved a moving truck about 3 weeks ago and the day i am moving they said they dont gave an available truck ,the customer service are not willing to do any effort the put me on holdfor 1 hour just to get rid of me , and they did not proposed any solution , so no truck no solution i lost my money my move and this gonna go to the better business bureau and i will talk to my lawyer about it User's recommendation: Never use budget again.
