I am contracted by hospitals across the country and have never experienced the service as when Humana took over. They are not processing claims and denying everything. They have their own set of rules which no one knows. They don't follow the rules set by Tricare. The reps are incredibly rude and refuse to a supervisor when asked. This is unacceptable for our veterans and active military. Of course they are saving money, they deny everything!!!! I have been working with Tricare for the last eight years and never, ever experienced the lack of training as I do now. Human is awful when it comes to military claims. This is not fair to the providers or the patients. !!!!!!
