Horrible service and product
I've called over 5 times, talked with someone over chat, and opened several tickets. Only thing I want is to be able to access the course I purchased. I can't do that and no one will help me. Actually, one person called me and said he resolved the issue and I was able to access my course one time, then never again. I hope other consumers are not faced with the same issues I'm having. Being a software company, you would think being able to access the course would be a given expectation that is met. This is ridiculous. Comon guys, you have a good product, let people EASILY ACCESS IT!
