Horrible service and no response from Blaze on N Prospect in Champaign, IL

I was treated very badly and after spending more than 20 minutes in the store, I refused to accept the pizzas I paid for online. So, I spent over $17 and wound up at Pizza Hut, where they were very nice and got my online order done perfectly. If you prefer to keep my money and lose my business, I guess there's nothing I can do, but I have filled out feedback online and my request to get a call from the store manager on N Prospect in Champaign, IL, was never received. I tried to call the store, but cannot get a person to answer. I was not a new customer, having ordered many times since the store was opened and I never had a problem before, but this time, I used the app, the pizza was made incorrectly and the baker argued that it was my fault, even though all the documentation on the order was correct and the pizza was wrong
