Horrible Sales Executive/Horrible delivery

I purchased furniture in June for my pregnant daughter. My sales rep, Michael Edge at the Groesbeck store, told me it would be delivered in late July or early August. The furniture was a package that included a sectional sofa, an ottoman, an accent rug and a lamp. They delivered one piece of the sectional in late August and it was the wrong one. I tried calling the store and like every other customer did not get an answer. I went into the store and Michael Edge pulled up the order and corrected it. They delivered the ottoman and the rug in mid September. Emailed Michael Edge, and he responded like I was a child that didn't understand why my order was totally screwed up. The end of September they finally delivered the correct sectional, both pieces but no lamp. The delivery person checked his paperwork and told us the lamp had already been delivered. Once again, I tried calling customer service. No one answered, so I left a message telling them to refund the price of the lamp; it was like pulling teeth to get any customer service. Yesterday they credited my card with the price of the lamp. I had checked how much the lamp was if I bought it separately and it was almost $300...the refund they gave me, $28. I will sit on the floor, sleep on the floor and eat on the floor before I will ever purchase anything from Gardner White. RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN TO GET OUT OF THE STORE!!!!! User's recommendation: DON'T EVEN PULL INTO THE PARKING LOT!!!!!!
