Horrible, rude, Slow

Update by user Feb 18, 2019 Order placed Friday, after that order I also placed orders on few other websites for beauty products, they are delivering Tuesday, and my order from The Body Shop is still "processing". I chatted with online customer service, they said they ship the order within 3 business days!Business Days! which century are we living in? And she told me "since you placed your order on Friday, Monday will be the first business day, and it can also be 10 business day before your item is delivered". WHAT A JOKE! There are so many other places for me to get stuff, and never again from The Body Shop. Original review posted by user Feb 17, 2019 It's 2019, any big company takes more than 1 day to process your order should be eliminated. Still, after placing my orders for 3 days, it is still "processing". How hard is it to get three damn facial cleanser in the package? Not to mention my partner would never order from them because in 2018 they had a sale on the hemp hand lotion, we had a question and we were chatting with their online customer service, that person was so freaking rude! Basically told him to “f off” in a polite way. So later a manager called him, said the same thing. How ridiculous for a company to insult your customers? Now they are "all vegan", but it doesn't change anything inside this company, bloody ***
