Horrible, rip off, elder abuse

I paid them. I had high expectations because of reviews. Furthermore, I am a Realtor and had great service with a competitor, but not only are wait times unacceptable with overseas operators, but I had a plumbing emergency and their plumber told me to call someone else because it would have been ten days. A week later, I still don't have hot water in my kitchen. It is a health and sanitary issue. I have had to fight with Landmark about getting a refund for that service fee which wasn't used. I am cancelling after only two months and no claims and they will give me complette refund.voidA User's recommendation: Avoid at all costs. They don't care.
