Went on Friday it took forever to get waited on, finally the bartender came for our drink order, then eventually took our app and food order , well we get our appetizers after 30 minutes, we had more drinks and waited and waited for our pizza , finally I had to ask our manager Carl and he looked like a deer in the headlights, how dare we ask about our pizza after waiting 90 minutes, he blamed it on our bartender/ server, customers came and left some with to go pizzas some eating in, the manager actually said you know crap happens with a *** *** grin on his face like I’m done talking to you !! Then we get our pizza not what we ordered and the dough wasn’t done !! Unbelievable customer service horrible I will slam on social media the Brandon Florida location!! I have had great food at other Mellow Mushrooms and never a issue, all you had to do Brandon location own it step up to the plate !!
