Horrible resolution and customer service

I have had a case escalation open since December, 2019. 3 months later and at least a dozen calls to customer service and to date the issue remains unresolved. Each time, they have repeatedly said nothing has been done and they will re-escalate. Each time, they say there is nothing more they can do and there is no one I can write directly to complain. Equally as bad are the customer service reps - poorly trained - they provide information without addressing the question, and they are rude. I am very disappointed by my experience with AccessHealthCT.
