this happened to me tonight and thought someone should iknow. And if you the owner are the one reading this what you said to me on the phone was so disrespectful I called the police Better Business Bureau I put a review on Google I've put a review on my Facebook page and yours which I know you deleted. shame on you!!! your language is disgusting to a woman! I contacted all brands heating and cooling because a friend had were recommended them I had them come out to fix my air conditioning I paid $200 it was fixed for a week when I called them back they refused to come back out he said he told my husband it was not fixable and I would need a new one I called a friend today through another company. I had it fixed I have the part in my hands they did not replace the part, it is rusty and old, I was told by the company who fixed it today I was ripped off and there's no way they didn't know that. Part needed to be fixed. My air is now working, andnd they're refusing to give me my $200 back because I threatened to put it on Facebook so they're contacting their attorney when I asked for as employee ID number he told me I could suck his *** and then when I asked if there was someone above him i could talk to he said no *** and hung up on me so. I am assuming he is the owner this is the worst experience I have ever had with a business and I would not recommend them to anyone if I could write them 0000 I would User's recommendation: Do not use them ever! His language towards customers was absurd.
