HORRIBLE REPAIR SERVICE

I have been trying to get my 4 month old $2000 dishwasher to be repaired and just get the runaround after being on hold with their customer service for HOURS!!! No interest at all to give any service and calling back asking of how many soap I use and if we can't answer...
