In 2017, we purchased two Blackhawke Recliners ($6,000 for both); one was damaged in shipment which I refused delivery; remaining one squeaked so bad that the company we bought it from, Boyles) finally gave me a refund my constant complaining . The replacement one, that was originally damaged/repaired also squeaked, so much so that we will wind up giving it to Goodwill. BEWARE of buying anything from HANCOCK & MOORE. And, we had bought two recliners from them before and the leather began to turn yellow within 6 months and we were told that we had selected, and of course PAID DEARLY for, a superior grade of leather. So, TWICE burned by HANCOCK & MOORE. User's recommendation: STEER CLEAR of products from HANCOCK & MOORE!
