Purchased 7 blinds ave. cost around $42 quality level value about $19.99 max. 1 Blind broken I was told take a video they replaced it in 4 weeks. Same blind broke again different problem. Again video required they sent a part and video for me work for them and fix their junk blind. Now it broke again same problem, again they want a video. Took it apart quality truly is extremely low. Strings pushed into a plastic slot came undone. Took me 30 minutes of my time to fix it. User's recommendation: GO TO HOME DEPOT SAME OR BETTER QUALITY MUCH LOWER COST.
