Horrible purchasing experience.

Ordered 7/6/20. As of 7/21/20 they cant find my order, wont give me a phone number to talk with someone and refuse to refund my money. When I asked where my products were ( keep in mind they have my $350) they said they would look into it and email. I asked for a time line and they said they didnt know. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. First clue should be that they show a client service phone number but its disconnected due to covid. User's recommendation: Do not order from SkinStore.
