I am paraphrasing, but have the e-mail with the exact quote.At this point they have nothing in their inventory that is quality made that I would have in my house, bought their top line sliding door, the rest are even more poorly made. I have read review complaints from all over the country of which the same reverberates-Poor quality and even poorer customer service. I am done with them,I will eat the loss and work with a reputable company I can trust.
