I understand people sign in on line and there is a list but if they are not her instead of stylists sitting around doing nothing they should go down the line and get the people that are sitting in the waiting room. This is a loss of production and customers because people get irritated and leave and they are sitting there waiting on the list of people in deck. This is a sad customer service set up.
