My Aussie shepherd got horrible diarrhea 4 months straight from taking this. My dachshund liver enzymes levels came up 26x over the normal amount after taking this simparica for 6 months. Several months later when I stopped giving him simparica his enzymes went back to normal. User's recommendation: do not use simparica if possible. If dogs have any problems after taking it, stop using it asap.
