Horrible product along with customer service

Found out my router was bad from someone that put it on a test machine. Called them and needless to say the Filipino tech support treated us like we are stupid, Took their rocket scientist 4 hours on the phone to realize the crap stuff we bought was bad. Horrible , tech service, horrible customer service. I will never waste my money on anything from this company again. Got better service from Keurig when my expensive coffee maker went out. These idiots treat you like you are stupid and don't know what you are doing. Guess what my husband troubleshoots stuff for the DOD, and he reminded them several times he knew what he was doing, only to be treated like *** once more. Do not care if they come out with some breath taking product wouldn't waste my time for the outsourcing of customer service to a small country reading off script. In general YOU SUCK
