Issues in chronological order: - I ordered on 10-June 2018. - I received "Awaiting Shipment" email notification on 10-July 2018 (yes, one month later). - I requested via email to V2 Support to cancel order and refund money on 10-July 2018. - I received an email from V2 Support on 12-July 2018 advising that the item had been shipped and it was too late for a refund. They also advised me to self-serve with tracking through IBC. There was no tracking available on the IBC website and I again requested a refund. - My package is still in the USA as of 17-July and I may have to wait up to 2 and a half months from when I ordered it, to receive it. Customer Service: I have received excuses from V2 Support about the wall adaptor being out of stock, a coloured clock scheme on their website indicating estimated shipping times per item in the order, that my request for a refund was after the item was shipped even though the email time stamps indicate otherwise, customs clearance can be up to 45 days (even though my package hadn't left their warehouse in Miami yet) and they have ignored my request to escalate to management, just to name a few. They have told me that I can send it back to receive a refund. That means I will have to pay for shipping twice and they have very stringent rules on returns. A delay in shipping back to Miami will deem my refund refused. Please refer to their website. No refund, no acknowledgment that my request was made prior to shipment and no comprehension of customer service. There are much better suppliers available in the USA.
