Horrible process if immediate technical support is needed

Are you kidding?? There is no way to get immediate technical support. So if you are in the middle of an installation, you will just have to wait until someone gets back to you on your submitted form!!!!! This is insane for a company this size. I had a question about the light fixture on a ceiling fan. Home Depot cannot answer it even though the product came from their website so they asked that I call Westinghouse. I did and the message tells you to submit a form and someone will get back in 24 to 48 hours. I called back to another number. Same response. There is not one manned number!! I won't buy their products again. If you can't take a technical call, you shouldn't be selling products!!
