Recently closed on our home in Fishers Indiana. Experienced nothing but denials, over looked mistakes and poor quality craftmenship. They expect the homeowner to find all their mistakes and hope they over look them in their excitement to get their new home. Same bad work re worked a dozen times. How difficult is it ?? Instead of lying and trying to cover up errors they should fix things properly. They only care about the bottom line ..... they really don’t care about the final product or the customer. Won’t buy for them again - really question their integrity and their abilities to build a semi custom home. It’s nothing more then a cheap tract home with fancy trim!!!
