Horrible ordering process
Placed two orders - one was "cancelled" by the system for some tax reason. Not sure it would have been re-ordered if I had not called inquiring where the order was. Orders still not shipped - not sure if the issue is Wolfermans or 1800flowers. Customer service at 1800flowers insist that I requested a certain delivery date, which is why it hasn't shipped. I did NOT request a delivery date. Assumed like most (my mistake) that once I hit order, the order would start processing. Will NOT order from 1800flowers or wolfermans again - appears you can not order from wolfermans directly. Not pleased at all...would not recommend at all
