Horrible Online CS

Ordered a gift to be wrapped and sent to MIL. Took THREE repeat phone calls from Missouri CS to get the right information and then they STILL didn’t even wrap the gift! All I got was a refund for the wrapping and a sorry. I love going to the Dallas store but I won’t be using the Online service as this is the SECOND time they have done this to me.
