Horrible / Non-Existant Customer Support

After trying for 3 months, to request an email address change for my "subscriptions" (promos, sales, news) they could not even accomplish that. I had been a very loyal user of Western Digital Internal and external drives for 30 years (As well as Sandisk micro- SD cards, since my 1st smartphone.) I have worked with well over 100 "service" departments, over the years - Western Digital's is in the top 5 of the WORST that i have ever encountered. After trying for 3 months, despite their utter incompetence, they deleted my account. I have recommended their products for years, but no more. User's recommendation: NEVER BUT ANY OF THIER PRODUCTS IF YOU WANT ANY SORT OF SUPPORT.
