Horrible nightmare

Called to repair my hvac system! Repair guy came next late afternoon and said it was a dirty filter! Never fully looked at the system. Turned the AC back on for about 2 hours and the house was flooded! 3 days later and we are still waiting for someone to come out and fix the unit! Terrible service!
