Horrible. Monthly struggle

It took several phone calls and months to get my name updated. Trying to pay my mortgage each month is a constant struggle as the website crashes, the name change prevents me from auto pay and the phone number for paying online is nearly impossible to find. Expect to be on hold for a long time and feeling like you’re in the 90’s by having to send snail-mail for everything. I am seriously considering refinancing my house just to switch companies. It is THAT bad.
