Horrible Mattresses with a ridiculous warranty!

Update by user Feb 17, 2018 The inspector finally came back and cleared the stain issue, but now he claims there is no defect????? We called store again, and Keesha once again said she can only give a store credit!!! UNBELIEVABLE!! Is she the only employee they have?? We tried our best to resolve this but they refused. We just retained an attorney . Original review posted by user Feb 05, 2018 Last year we purchased top of the line sherwood mattresses and six months later it sagged so much in the center, we literally had to crawl out of *** each morning. Both my fiance and I began experiencing shoulder pain and contacted Sit n Sleep. It took almost a month to send someone out and they acknowledged it was defective. You cannot get a refund even if it's defective, so you are forced to purchase another one of their mattresses. Now six months later, we have an even more expensive mattress and once again, we are crawling out of *** every morning and both of us are experiencing severe shoulder pain from it. Sit n sleeps answer to us this time was that the warranty was not valid (even though it has been declared defective). There was dust from a shoe print on it that they claimed was a stain! We now have to wait another month for someone to verify "the stain" was an error and then we will be forced to purchase another horrible mattress!!
