HORRIBLE MANAGER- RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL

Manager ignors me at first. Almost impossible to place a simple to go order. I have to wait 25 minutes so I sit in the bar area. Crazy manager sends 2 different people over to me to ask me to go see the manager because she insistes I pay for my order NOW! I go to her, she ignors me again. This San Lorenzo location is the worst. The Dublin location is so much, so way better but a bit of a drive.
