I called and was put on hold for Bill. After being on hold for more than 15 minutes just to be told Bill was no longer available. After the 3rd call, I spoke with Jay who states I had to speak with Emily the next day. I requested the number for corporate in which I will call also on tomorrow. User's recommendation: Management need to *** and return the customer's call.
