Horrible management and lousy customer service

We are moving out and work from home. We have asked them a number of times tosl schedule after 2:30 when our work is completed. We work with sensitive information and can not have people walking around due to HIPAA laws of privacy. They have ignored this request even though we are fine with them schedule showings from 2:30 to 9:00 PM at night 5 days a week and all days on Saturday and Sunday. The agent Brent W. Just seems to inflame us everytime we point this out. Stating that he has a job to do to. Is he expecting us to leave and stop work so they can try to rent the place for 200 dollars more than we have ever payed? They had a lock box with a key for more than 3 weeks on our door which is a privacy issue when you are renting. It violates the quiet enjoyment rights as tenants and it took them 4 days after we complained to take it off the door.. Then they had a few showings. My tooth brushed had moved from the tooth holder and it ended up in our dining room on a box. As well as two of my toddler's toys. It is *** when a leasing agent just lets that stuff happen. I think the worst is that when we first met brent he seemed very nice. Beware when you move. They do not have any respect for you as a person or your property. Plus we have been trying to get them to fix a leak that has developed black mold. Good luck whomever decides to rent from them ever!
