I called them on 10/23 regarding black mold and a leak around the shower. On 10/26 maintenance came by and said extensive damage would be an insurance claim. 10/30 still haven’t heard back so I went to office and again was told wasn’t sure when it would be fixed. This apartment is uninhabitable the bathroom is full of mold and stinks so bad and now the water moves through the ceiling and is pouring into the kitchen! Me and my small children have been sick from the mildew and mold and they have nothing to say! I will be putting my rent in Escrow and moving out ASAP
