I am a realtor. The buyer for our listing is getting his loan thru ELend. It has been a horrible experience! Loan officer keep promising it will close and it does not. Keeps telling us the CD has been sent and it has not. Friday, the buyer will lose his $8000 earnest money, if it does not close. Seller is not extending the contract again! Costing our seller money every week they extend. No answers for weeks on the CD being sent out. Then today said the CD was being sent and would wait on a clear to close? In GA, the CD has to be sent out 3 days prior to closing! I've been a realtor for over 30 years, sell over 30 homes a year and never had such a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE with a lender. User's recommendation: USE THIS LENDER IF YOU WANT TO WAIT TO CLOSE ON YOUR HOME!
