My daughter is going through a nightmare experience with Shelter Insurance. She had a tornado to do excessive damage to her mobile home and outside fence. The tornado was so bad a neighbors house was completely demolished. The adjuster, Sonya White, very uneducated as to what she was doing, came out and spent less than an hour looking at everything. The insurance does not want to cover the repair of the fence nor the repairs to her mobile home. The adjuster is very rude when she talks to her. Why pay for insurance when they are not going to be there to help you in time of need. User's recommendation: Do not use Shelter Insurance.
