Horrible incorrect food order

I ordered two sandwiches a chicken sandwich and a burger. The chicken sandwich was nothing as I selected and the burger was supposed to be medium well and was barely edible, meaning extremely rare. We picked this chain to order from because usually chains are consistent and during this covid-19 crisis in Florida we're very careful about eating out. But to my dismay I'm not sure what is going on at this restaurant but this definitely needs to be checked out. I used to really like to TGI Fridays but after this order it makes me seriously consider ever ordering from your company again. I thought you just need to know about this. Thank you.... I also call the customer relations number and got no response. My phone number is 561 - 853 - ****
