Not only did the customer service rep completely lie to us about the fact that the product was printed in Miami when it is not even printed in the state of Florida but 5 days after we ordered it they emailed us sorry we don't have it in stock and sorry but we can't even get it to you for your event. When they called they had no solutions and simply said we have nothing to offer and we have no idea what our vendors have in-stock or don't have. What kind of business is this, it's a ridiculous one we will never ever use. They screwed us!
