to start with let's just say that I wanted a couch and loveseat and one chair cleaned they started they told me a very good deal on the phone. Then they got here and they told me it would be lots more $300 to clean the all of the furniture. Then they got me down to $179. Then they got me down to $139. well I had beautiful white furniture. They did a horrible job on my furniture. I called them at least 15 times. No one ever returned my phone call. I finally got to talk to a supervisor today. She said since I did not get the quote deep cleaning unquote that I would have to pay $59 for them to come out and fix the arm of my chair. I told them that this was unacceptable. She did not care and she said there was nothing they could do. All since I did not go with the deep cleaning. Which was not necessary. They totally missed the arm of my chair please see photo attached.
