Offered a deal to get tower, wouldn’t pay monthly or buy out. Just one annual payment for 10 years. You’re they’re partner and a 50/50 split for upgrades and new tenants. Well, they recorded the deal, assuring us they would be working on new tenants and upgrades and profits would be huge. Then, immediately after SOLD right back to Crown Castle. Trying to get someone on the phone is like trying to move mountains. They lied and the sad thing, they lied and committed fraud to elderly people. Despicable company that preys on innocent people.
