Horrible food quality

I visited noodles and company on 76th St in Milwaukee Wisconsin it was very busy and I was very understanding. I waited 45 min for my meal and I expected it to be nice and fresh so I was not upset.. when I got my meal it was cold and my chicken was burnt , my friends beef was cold and noodles were freezing cold.
