Horton. 917-399-**** Original review posted by user Sep 11, 2019 So since my son needed the car for work, because with out it he couldn't get to work. He agreed to pay the notes. So after one year, he got hurt on his job and the company cut his work hours and gave him light duty. Needless to say, he fell behind in the car payments. So the car was repossessed. No problem, because my son didn't tell me he had fallen behind in payments to the point that the car was in danger of being repossessed. By the time I found out the payments were behind it was too late, so I immediately got on the phone with the bank to pay the out standing balance. So I paid the out standing balance, to the auto finance re- possession department to get my car back. The problem is that now that I have paid it in full, no one will answer my phone calls or confirm that they have received my faxes for two days. Meanwhile, the tow company who has my car is charging me 50.00 a day to get my car out. I am so frustrated with TD Auto Re- possession department and TD Auto Finance. They actually answer the phone and hang up on me with out trying to help me. I'm at the point of trying to contact my attorney because this is costing me money that I can't afford simply because the employees won't do their jobs and help me. Why am I being denied help, when I have paid my bill. I don't understand ? I will not recommend this auto company any of my friends or relatives or my church!
